The Research Of Shang De Yi's Fictional Characters Theme Art Song

This paper is to do a research on the three works with novel-character themes of Mr. Shang Deyi---"The Ringer of Notre Dame","Xiang Lin Sao"and"Ah Q". By the expatiation of the creative characteristics of art songs with this theme, the introduction and analysis of the three works and the comparison of them with art songs of other styles of Mr. Sang Deyi, it broadly reflects the author's creative intention and style characteristics. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction of the creative characteristics of the art songs with novel-character theme; the second part is the detailed description and musical analysis of the three art songs; the third part is the orientation comparison of the art songs with this theme with other types of art songs; and the last part is the tentative discussion of how to better sing this kind of art songs.The novel-character works of Mr. Shang Deyi are tasteful and with unique style. This paper is to reflect his unique artistic style, creative personality and rich artistic heritage through a series of analysis and discussions, and then to celebrate his outstanding contribution on the field of art song creation.
