On Reflection Over Philosophy Of Modern Western Culture And Establishment Of The Current Over Cultural Spirit

The modernization history of the world demonstrates that modernization is far more than an objective history course. Being a human cultural activity in broad sense, modernization must rest its own supporting force for culture on certain cultural opinion and spirit. With the guidance of the view of world as well as the methodology of Marxism, essential opinions of Material and Dialective are employed in this paper to give a profound reflection from the point of philosophy on science and technology rationality and human 梒entered spirit which is the essential one for the construction of modern western culture, particularly the modern industry civilization. Based on this kind of reflection, this paper discloses the objective rule of the transition of the dominant cultural spirit in the process of modernization and forms the basic connotation of the leading cultural spirit dominated by science and technology rationality and measured by value rationality, which fits to our current social reality and characterizes the harmony unity of the science and technology rationality.
