The story of this book was taken from the true life and which took place in JiangSu Provice. This make the story hold the bright time spirit and the regional characteristic. The writer narrated smoothly. Bei Shi Yan Yi and Nan Shi Yan Yi are history fiction. The writer inherited the writing tendency of old history fiction that keep historical fact and emphasized the popularization. It adopted the way of other fictions and made fit art romance.
