The Influence Of Literature View By Han Yu Buddhism Thought

Han Yu believed in Confucianism. But as a foreign theory, Buddhism not only brought calamity to the country and the people, but also broke the law and discipline. So he excluded heresies to defend Confucianism. Revering Confucianism and rejecting Buddhism and Taoism complement each other: to repel heresies is for worshiping Confucianism, while getting rid of Buddhism and Taoism is to revere the doctrine of Confucius. Study his article, we can't alternative his thought of Buddhism. First, we need to study history of Tang Dynasty. Clears off Buddhism with Han yu on his life and thought. For instance he lead the Classical Chinese literature, the popularization of Han Yu's poetry, and under this study process is influence of Buddhism. Is he believe in Buddhism whether quilt go to the Chiu Chao ?
