As a culture phenomenon, design art is always linked with some medium propagation. We usually popagate and state the ideas of art creation with the help of the medium. So it is essential to study the relation between the art and its medium propagation.In the paper, we have studied the humorous graghic language and its medium-the advertisement. To give a boad overview of the humorous graghic theory, we have discussed systematicly the categories of humorous graghic language, its expession and some points that we should pay attention during its production after discussing of the characterics of both humour and graghic. Our dicussion has used the principles of propagation theory, psychology of beauty appreciation,marketing, News-writing and Mediums theory. Finally we have examined our main idea of the paper in teaching practice and summarized some retated experiences and lessons in developing the humorous graghic language.It is long sine little attention has been paid to medium importance during humour study , just as little attention has been paid to humour aspect during graghic study. So it is essential in theory and in practice to study their connection and study them as a whole.
