In contemporary, the vital force and forces of one kind of art are closely linked with the market and modern media that this art concerned.This study compares and contrasts Wangshuo' s resource in market and media in 1990' s with Wangguangyi' s. The aim is to search the reasons that why the forces of Chinese contemporary art was decadent in 1990' s.Wangshu has had great difference with wangguangyi even in 1980' s. Wangguangyi' s ideology and pictorial skill pursued western art but wangshu base himself upon domestic reality. He described the real Chinese experience by lively spoken language.In 1990' s Wangshu actively take part in the development of national movies and soap opera, and as a result these modern media increased his forces and fame.On the contrast, wangguangyi and Political Pop Art entirely rely on abroad art exhibition and market. The western taste in their works and the carelessness of domestic media and art market made them had less force in their motherland, and disturbed the development of Chinese contemporary art and the progress of domestic art market.
