A Study Of The Same Root Words About The Epitaph Of Han, Wei, Nouthern And Southern Dynasties

The epitaph is the cherish heritage of our country. It has much research value. The study of the language of the epitaph can provide precious material for the study of the history of Chinese. It also has the value of the linguistic material and research value. But people neglect the study of the language of the epitaph, only some explanatory articles came out .In this paper, the author uses the theories of modern linguistics, semantics and lexicology to study the same root words of the epitaph in Han, Wei, Northern and Southern dynasties, tries to display the basic situation of the same root words of the epitaph, sums up its features and regularity and afford profitable reference for the study of the history of Chinese.This paper is made up of five parts: the introduction, the general situation, semantic analysis, monographic study and brief summary. The author sorts through the same root words of the epitaph in a rather wide range, explains them, pays attention to study the collection of the same root words systematically, depicts the linguistic material and explains the theories objectively. At the same time the author combines the Chinese dictionary to expound the important significance of the same root words to the compilation of the dictionary.
