The Cultural Conception Of The Interior Artistic Creation

With the deepening of reformation and the strengthening of the national comprehensive power, the interior design industry advances at high speed in China, which promote, at the same time, the development of the relevant industries and make, to some extent, the interior design education universal. But the more knowledge of the interior design people have, the clearer the weakness in the development of the design industry will be. It may have many reasons among which the human being is the major one including the owner, designer and policy-making body and so on. The ordinary people follow the common fashions; the merchants care for the recovery of their investment and its profits; the governors hope for the imposing appearance to show their achievements. All their ideas sound logical but are one-sided. In the 21st century, it is an extremely urgent issue for the interior designer to create artistically a well-plotted internal environment on the basis of the reality.The thesis mainly discusses the cultural conception of the interior artistic creation with some supported photos of "falling water" villa designed by the famous'American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright.Chapter one discusses- the artistic features and significance of the interior design. The interior art consists of the interior form and its spirit, which supplement and complement each other. The thesis will explain the artistic features of the interior design in the combinations of the natural and the artificial, the physical objects and the humanistic arts, the parts and the integration, small and big, internal and external, special and chronological and the expressiveness and the imitation.The second chapter covers the culture's contents. The culture may have three levels, that is, on its surface is the physical objects (the human's productions); in the middle is the mixture of the spirit and the materials which guides directly the creation of the objects; and the deep level is the spirit or the spiritual culture that is the final decision-maker.Chapter three mainly explores the cultural conception in the artistic creation of the interior design. It includes the cultural conception's meaning, resources, composition, categories (imitative conception and creative conception), and significance and so on.
