Chapter Three lists various kinds of ethics problems that transgenic technology causes in application mainly, and analyses one by one. The main content involves: The risk that the transgenic living beings will come back to nature (The transgenic living beings created carry gene that nature does not exist after the mankind recombinants the biological gene according to one's own hope, have they upsetthe natural evolution course, has changed the structure of the ecosystem. Is it good fortune or the misfortune to the mankind after all?); Transgenic technology intervene human reproduction and the discussion of utilizing heterogeneous organ for human organ transplant. Chapter Four is a final purpose of this paper: Attempting to find the cordon of appropriate development of transgenic technology in bioethics, putting a tactics not only can effectively develop transgenic technology but also can maximum to prevent negative effects, delineate out the bright prospect of its development.
