As an importance representative of the post-modernism, Michel Foucault made an acute criticism on western modernity. Foucault also criticized wholly and systemically on modern history philosophy that is an organic part of modernity, and it constituted the unique character in his history philosophy. This paper reviews the process that Foucault reproduced lunatic history, knowledge history and power by analyzing archaeology and genealogy method used by Foucault. Further, the paper reveals Foucault's subversion on historical nous, animadverts on Kant's human-centrism that lies in the center of modern historical consciousness and philosophy, and expatiates Foucault's Non-historicist view, which disintegrates traditional history view. In short, Foucault advocates a non-historicist history negating the essential origin of things and emphasizing the discontinuity and individualization.
