Content: Confucianism had influenced Hanfu, as a kind of symbol literary style in Han dynasty, which had been Han dynasty' s main ideology. Confucian culture had an influence on Hanfu writers' minds and Hanfu substance. As s result, on the one hand, the writers in Han dynasty made great efforts to participate in state affairs of Han government. On the other hand, they were worldly wise and to play safe. Hanfu was abundant in substance, including revering king, disparating feudal princes, praising unity; advocating Confucian policy of benevolence; being worldly wise and playing safe. The contradiction between "to encourage much" and "to persuade little" was Hanfu aesthetic character and Confucian utilitarianism. In addition, Confucian culture had an influence on Hanfu imitation and creation. In a word, the chief subject of this dissertation is that Confucianism exerted a far-reaching influence on Hanfu writers' minds, Hanfu substance and Hanfu form.
