With learners as the objects, English composition writing as a carrier, the aim of the thesis is to study the relationship between learning strategies and learning style, to analyze the influence of strategy-input on different style-learners, and the relationship between metacognitive strategies and cognitive strategies. The thesis also aims to compare the effects on the different style-learners before and after strategy inputting, by using microgenetic method. The thesis analyzes the psychological reasons from the point of view of psycholinguistics. The thesis records the whole thinking processes and psychological movements of learners during English composition writing, thus to contrast the effects before and after strategy-input more effectively. The author propose three hypotheses: Hypothesis 1: Thedifference of learning style will influence their using of learning strategies. Hypothesis 2: Metacognitive strategies-input is very important in writing for different style-learners, (even more important than cognitive strategies-input). Hypothesis 3: The same strategies-input for different style-learners will produce different results. And the author has proved the three hypotheses in the thesis.
