Warfare is the important theme of military literature. Though the main subject of the military fictions is warfare, military literature is not the study of warfare, but the artistic creation. It is the ultimate aim and over lasting charm of the military literature to let the humanity consciousness surpass war consciousness.In the past, humanity was regarded as the abstract social property. The heroes were portrayed as Gods who seldom had human emotions. Especially during 1949 to 1965, military writers concentrated their efforts on depicting heroic aspect of heroed, while overlooking the other aspects in their works.From early 1980s, military writers begin to change their angle of view.Their heroes became to have compolicated diposition as the real man has in true lives. Then they found new ways to construct new heroic outlook and new literary order. At the same time they found material among the ancient wars to reflect the complicated humanity from various angles. From early 1980s to late 1980s, in order to deepen the creation of humanity, ZhuSuJin always tried to find new ways of military creation under the changing social conditions. At the beginning of 1990s, to refuse hero and to avoid lofty became the theme military literature, military writers went on exploring on the way of military creation.While going on deepening the theme of patriotism and herotism, military writers can face the new war phenomenon and new war ethics morality and opened up the more broad road for military literature of China.They went on deepening and exploring on the humanity road of military literature.
