Ideals Of "Putting People First" Of Scientific Development Outlooks And Its Significance

This dissertation discussed ideals of "putting people first" of scientific developmental outlooks in historical materialism angle of view from following three parts.First, the author saw through background of ideals of "putting people first" . In this part, in the first place, from horizontal and vertical angle, the author revealed basic connotations of scientific developmental outlooks. In the second place, from realistic base and academic premise, the author saw through background of ideals of " putting people first " . In conclusion, scientific developmental outlooks reflected them and brought forward ideals of "putting people first" .Second, the author opened out scientific intention of ideals of "putting people first" . In this part, in the first place, the author probed into idealistic origin of "putting people first" . In the second place, the author analyzed philosophical meaning of "putting people first" by means of comparison. In the third place, the author opened out scientific intention of ideals of "putting people first" according to realities of our country.Third, the author brought to light realistic significance of ideals of "putting people first" .In this part, in the first place, from dealing with people' s various relation, insisting on "putting people first" is propitious to establishing a harmonious society; In the second place, from developing and perfecting socialist market economy, insisting on "putting people first" is propitious to healthy development of socialist market economy.
