On The Basic Experience Of The CPC Representing The Direction Of Advanced Culture During The Anti-Japanese War

The Chinese Anti-Japanese War is a surging national liberation movement in Chinese modern and contemporary history. During the eight-year-old (1937-1945 )war, the Communist Party of China proceeded from nationality and cardinal principles of righteousness of the country, placed in the tide heads of the times all the time , put forward the opinions of setting up national united front of resisting against Japan, insisted the policies of maintaining independence and keeping the initiative and " united as well as struggle " among the front and put forward the political , economical and cultural policies which accorded with the rule of development of Anti-Japanese War .These policies had been in conformity with the requirements and represented the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of people as well as the direction of Chinese advanced culture at that time. To investigate the history of the CPC building advanced culture during the war and explore the basic experience of our Party representing the direction of Chinese advanced cultural all the time, it has very great realistic meanings for us to build advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics todayThis article is composed of three parts .In the first part the author mainly reviewed the history of the Communist Party of China representing the direction of the advanced culture all the time during the Anti-Japanese War and pointed out, firstly ,it's a projecting show of the CPC representing the direction of advanced culture for him to advocate to build Anti-Japanese national united front and the democratic union government Secondly, it's a concrete show for the CPC to advocate the accurate lines, general and specific policies .Thirdly ,it's a radical show for the CPC to advocate and certain the task of the culture of resistance as well as the newdemocratic culture programme .Fourthly ,the cultural construction which the CPC leaded and influenced then is a direct show .In the second part the author mainly analysed the fundamental reasons why the CPC could represent the direction of the advanced culture during the anti-Japanese war. The author pointed out that it's a prerequisite foundation for the Party to integrate theory with practice and stick to combine the basic theory of Marxism with the concrete practice of the Chinese revolution. Strengthening self-building of the Party constantly is an organizational guarantee for the Party to be on behalf of the direction of the advanced culture during the war of resistance. Insisting on fighting against right as well as 'Left' in the course of cultural construction is a methodological guarantee which the CPC represented the direction of the advanced culture .It's a strategic guarantee for the Party to uphold to combine secret with open .cooperate within the Party with collaborate outside the Party in the Anti-Japanese cultural united front.In the third part the author countered -thinking the history of the CPC representing the direction of the advanced cultural during the Anti-Japanese War and pointed out that it remains some enlightenments and experiences in building advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics today.
