At the end of Yuan and Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Ming and Qing Dynasty, there were two big emmigrations called " Huguang Filling Sichuan". With the entering of Hunan's emigrants, Xiang dialect also set its foot in this land. The author researched the dialect of Sichuan Xinsheng's "Changsha dialect", discribed it carefully, compared it with ancient Chinese dialect and today's Changsha dialect and Shuangfeng dialect ,and disclosed its characters in accent,found their differences, and tried to deduce which branch did it belong to.The article falls into nine parts.The first part is preface: introducing the location, population, history evolution and general situation of dialect used in Sichuan Xinsheng, and come up with the value of the research.The second part describes its phonological system, including its consonants system, vowels system and tone system.The third part states the collocation relationship of Xinsheng "Changsha dialect" and collocation characters of its consonants, vowels and tone.The fourth part describes the case of variant pronunciation in literary reading and colloquial reading in this dialect about its consonants, vowels...
