The article regards the mandarin dialect of the interface of Zhejiang province, Jiangxi province and Fujian province as the studying object, describes the sound detailedly, including Nianbadu mandarin dialect, Huabu local mandarin dialect, Tieshan mandarin dialect and the diction of Jiangxi dally; thereby compares and induces some repellency distinct sound characters, and then analyzes these four mandarin dialects with respective dialect of the original habitation. Sith bringing these four mandarin dialects into the study field of modern Chinese language, comparing them with the dictionary which edited in Ming and Qing dynasty and with the modern Nanjing dialect. Finally, The article points out that these are the new dialect islands, and brings forward a new name for these mandarin dialects "Ming and Qing common speech" .
