The rigorous avoidance system was made and practiced by the ruler of Miny Dynasty in order to rectify the administration of local officials and consolidate the imperil power It's dauses wese nimbus ant it's content was fumble I studied the avoidance system of Ming Dgnaty based on relevant historical books. And marxism's historiography theory andlytical method was used in my thesis.This thesis ard divided into four partsFirst part: the avoidance of the government official. I put forward the opinion of my own at the angle of ruler strengthened imperial power of ming Dgnasty. I corrected some wrong records in the past by the way of textual criticism. And some questions are offered to discusse in the thesis.The second part discussed exanimation avoidance system of Ming Dgnasty. There were few people studied it systematic before. This thesis studied the evolve of examination avoidance system and the function in preventing department's field drawback. And other relevamt questions.The third pant expound the judicature and supervision aooidomce. I have my own understanding on them and evaluate them correctly.The fourth part made the generalization and appraisal on the voidance system from historical characteristic and historical respects. I point ont it's fwnction on preventing and restraining fence.Finally. I analyzed some drawbacks of avoidance system and pointed ant it's historical limitation and the reasons why the system' has the limitation to eliminate the corruption.
