Education For The Concept Of Socialism Value With Chinese Characteristics Under The Background Of Globalization

The article attempts to discuss the present issue of education for the concept of value in China from the horizon of globalization as well as Chinese characteristics and the framework of thinking. According to nature requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the dissertation, which Deng Xiaoping Theory and Three Represents cardinal thoughts are as the guidance, expounds the new circumstances, system of content, key links and principle of methodology under the background of globalization.Judged by the confronted circumstance, the globalization brings the change of the concept of socialism value and opportunities for the education for the concept of socialism value but challenges as well.Judged from the system of content, it should be constructed from four aspects. First, the guiding value concept which is accordance with the nature of socialism should be perfected. Secondly, the new value standard which is suited to the socialism should be constructed. Thirdly, the new value standard which continues from Chinese people and Chinese revolution tradition should be inherited. Lastly, the fine value tradition in other countries and the value concept which is followed universally by humans should be absorbed scientifically. Judged from the key links, the ideological foundation of value concept must be strengthened, and Marxism philosophy especial the education for the theory of value be paid attention to first, and then the firm ideal faith of socialism must be nurtured. Thirdly, the value orientation of socialist collectivism must be upheld. Fourthly, the unity of self-value and socialist value should be adhered to. And the last but not least, a series of global problems are guided to ponderJudged from the principle of methodology, the following five principles should be formed mainly on the basis of the subject education pattern being formed, that is, the principles of the combination of theory with practice, of material benefits and spirit benefits, of advance nature and extensiveness, of strengthening education and environment control and of verbal instruction and personal example.It is of significance to shape and perfect our country's and national guiding value concept, to speed up the reform and opening up and to participate in the course of globalization, to strengthen the national cohesion, to perfect the socialism market economy, to promote the socialization construction and to realize great Chinese national rejuvenation.
