As a form of social behavior, lingual utilization, like other social behaviors, entertains sex difference as well. The sex difference in lingual utilization exists not only because of the influence of physiology and psychology, but also because of the influence of the society and the culture. The female's unique role in society ( such as the mother isa central organizer and undertaker in daily life;most of teachers are female ......)bestows female language a super dour life-force. Its influence and penetrative capability greatly exceeds those of "male language". To some extent, it represents lingual criterion and direction of future development of language, therefore the study of the female lingual pattern is helpful to linguist while foretelling the perspective of lingual transformation. Besides the study of sex difference in lingual utilization is a potential guidance for the formulation of lingual policy, for the analysis of literary writings, for the research about advertising text, for the teaching of foreign language , and so on.This paper analyzes, from the social quality of lingual, different characteristic of the female language through their choosing and combining different lingual means, and discusses systemically a good many representation of the female language in sounds , words, syntax and lingual intercommunication We will try to understand, by means of different theoretical mode and different perspectives, the lingual characteristics of the female language and its close relation to female physiological mechanism , mental course, cognitive mode, social role, value view and cultural difference, aiming at making further disclosure of the existence of sex difference in lingual utilization. We do so in hope that we can pay equal attention to the difference between and the sameness of male and female language in specific research about that matter, and that we can carry out dynamic and omni-bearing study of sex in specific context. Only by this can we explain the relation between language and sex more comprehensively, more impartially and more objectively.
