A Linguistic Study Of E-financial Business Language

The global economy has been closely related due to the globalization and the integration of the economy. The position and function of finance was enhanced in the economic activities in recent years.The fast development of the Information Technology has provided an external environment for the E-financial business and which made the E-financial business an important tie in finance or even the global economic activity as a whole. Thus has made the language of E-financial business an important branch of the business which belongs to the English for Specific Purposes (ESP). Unfortunately, according to my knowledge and the references I have collect so far, very few researches were found in the literature regarding to this field, no matter domestic or abroad. In this thesis, I am trying to offer some remarks of the analysis of the linguistic features of this context with Halliday's Register Theory and related statement of context.This body of thesis is composed of four chapters.Chapter one introduces the importance of Studying Language of E-Financial Business. The first part is the introduction of the Development and Innovation of E-financial Business.
