This paper focuses on the study of some forms including "diar". Through differences between Chinese and inter-language, we may discover the degree of difficulty of these forms and provide theoretical base for Chinese teaching to the foreigners.According to the instances getting from inter-language we classify them into 13 sorts. Then we search from the CCL and get related instances in Chinese and classify them into the 13 sorts. Totally we get 680 instances of inter-language and 1822 instances of Chinese, which are regarded as the objects of our study. We divide the study time into 8 stages according to the 8 semesters of a collage foreign students majoring in Chinese. By calculating the frequency of these forms in inter-language in each stage, we analyze the situation and infer which forms are more difficult for the foreigners to learn. Then we compare the frequency of each sorts appearing in inter-language and in Chinese, through which we infer their frequency differences and give some advices on textbooks writing and class teaching. At the end of the paper, we get the conclusion of foreign learners' study situation on the forms of " diar". Based on the analyzing on them, we try to explain the reasons why the foreigners avoid use certain forms and make a lot of mistakes when use the forms.
