The Influence Of Arabic Alchemy To Europe In Renaissance

The aim of this paper is to study the influence of Arabic alchemy to many aspects of Europe when it transmits to West. The emphasis is on the effect that experimental concept brings to people. So, it can help us for the eastern resources of Renaissance culture from Science.This paper consists of five parts. Part I is the preface, which introduces alchemy chiefly and the reason why the author choose this topic and its significance. Part II analyses the origin of European alchemy, the development of Arab and the route and way that Arabs transmit to Europe. Part III discusses the Arabic resource of experiments in European alchemy, including emphasis on the experimental concept, experimental principals, laboratory apparatuses, experimental means and methods, and the new recognize to substance from experiments. Part IV expounds the effects of European society culture through experiments. Part V is conclusion. Again, it is focus on the importance in the development of civilization when eastern and western culture react each other.
