Instead of a simple biological instinct, marriage, as a social activity belonging to human only,is restricted and influenced by the concrete element of social culture. On contrary, as a performance of human civilization progress, marriage could also contribute to a deeper understanding of the related factor which formed it.So different changes of various classes resulted from the fluctuation of national power during the New Kingdom of Egypt, would be inevitably reflected in their marriages. On the one hand, the difference between societies and classes reflected entirely differently on marriage; on the other hand, the same background of history and reality marked every Egyptian marriage the same brand.This article is divided into four parts.The first part would inspect comprehensively the fluctuation of national power during the new kingdom.Firstly, Egyptian empire was at the height of power and splendor Strengthened and profited in Hyksos-expelling war and unstopped aggressive war, the New kingdom finally rounded into a regional tyrant country which ranked among the best.Absolute monarchy had been unprecedentedly strengthened, and took a dominant position in every field of the country such as national politics, economy and religion lives.
