Recently , the Relational Complexity(RC) and Cognitive Complexity & Control(CCC) theory are Rule-Theory of Theory of Mind(ToM), which demonstrate well to the developing individual in the ToM tasks . This experiment studied the development of rule influence in 136 3-year-old to 5-year-old using four correlation tasks , which are ramp apparatus task(Frye et al., 1995) , day-night task , false-beliefs task and action judgement task designed by myself. Under the condition of this study, the conclusions are as follows:1. Children's performance is improved in both Theory of Mind task and Non-Theory of Mind task along with the age . The First-Order Rule could be mastered by children before 3-years-old , but most of them dominate the Second-Order Rule in 5-yesrs-old . Their abilities of Second-Order Rule increase quickly from 3-years-old to 4-years-old ,which improvement is based on the ability of First-Order Rule.2.
