The Font's Style And The Partition Of Type Of The Soothsaying Text In Yin Dynasty

this article packs up and researches the font's style and type of the soothsaying test in Yin Dynasty. We rearrange the typical characters on the base of the former research, catalog samples of the typical characters according to groups, and in order to review the evolvement of the font's style in different period, we analyze and compare most components of the typical characters. We consult the pits, titles, states and clans, characters, styles of the texts etc. also, and expect that our research can advance the partition of the type of the soothsaying text.There are 3 chapters in this article. Chapter 1 is summary, we review the researching history of the font's style and type of the soothsaying text, and generalize our thinking of packing up and researching these materials. We believe the 2 series theory advanced by Li Xueqin, so we discuss the font's style and type of the soothsaying text respectively. In chapter 2, we pack up and compare the typical characters of the different groups of the King soothsaying text, and classify anew the type of the soothsaying text. Chapter 3 is analysis of the typical characters chosen from the Zi soothsaying text. We try to ratiocinate the period of these materials by quoting other information. And we research and analyze the typical characters of the Zi soothsaying excavated in the Huayuanzhuang Locus East.
