The area of Xiajiang is a unique geographical unit, which has a special geographical and humanistic environment. This area is the traffic thoroughfare of Yangtze River basin and even the whole country, the Chengdu plain and Jianghan plain are connected by xiajiang, and relying on these two regions, the area of Xiajiang stretches to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the Central Plains, and Southwest region.At first the thesis will analyze burial shapes of Hanjin in Xiajiang area and some wares with complicated cultural characters in virtue of typology and try to group according to the origin of cultural factors. Then on the basis of the types of tombs, wares and different cultural sources it will divide the cultural factors in the Xiajiang into A (central plains cultural factors), B (local regional cultural factors), C (middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River cultural factors), D (Xinayi area cultural factors), E (North pasture cultural factors), F (extraterritorial cultural factors), G (South cultural factors), seven groups.With predecessors' phasing results, basing on a cultural transformation phase and reference of major historical events , the thesis will newly divide the burials of Hanjin in Xiajiang into 5 periods and discuss the strong or weak evolution of cultural factors in different period.
