On Modern Transformation Of Chinese Autobiographical Literature

In the study of autobiographical literature, the special phenomena of new emergence of autobiography in China' s New Literature History, has attracted attention of many scholars, but still very weak compared with other literature studies. Biographical literature is a kind of vehicle of human life. As a branch of biographical literature, autobiography has its own character- the combination of the author and the hero, which made it more real and direct to examine one's life and anatomize one's soul. The Chinese intellectuals in the early 20th century, had much richer experience than the common people, and their autobiography have had a successful historical change from tradition to modern, which made this kind of literature more readable. This essay tries to discuss the character manifested by the authors in the process of autobiography transformation, and the future of the autobiography, while analyzing the text of modern autobiography, from "the transformation of Chinese autobiographical literature" , and based on "background of the modern transformation" , "the transformation of the author" , "the way of transformation" , "the modern value" . It also views autobiography which changes after contacting with the outside world, in a more comprehensive way.
