The world famous culture treasure Epic Gesar is the spiritual wealth of the Tibetan people .It reflects the economic system, political system, social life, family and marriage, customs, religion, language, literature and the morality concept of the Tibetan tribal social period.The Horse Racing part of the Gesar reflects the worshiping of the braveness, prizing of the power, fair competition, tribal meeting and the military democracy etc. They are the models of the morality idea of the tribal society of that time. Spreading and developing of it could be function of the habitual law of that time. This paper roughly can be divided into three parts.Part one analyzes the reason and purpose of the Horse racing in the Ling Kingdom, that is the prizes mentioned in Gesar (The throne, the properties of Skylo family and their daughter Aburig mo).Part two discusses about the time and distance ,all kinds of rites and their costume during the horse racing .In addition ,emphasizes the importance of the public notary and the judgment.Part three mainly discusses about two points. First it elaborates the original morality concept of the Horse racing. Second explains that this kind of morality concept has an immeasurable benefit to today's society while the falling of the morality concept. It can be a good help for stabilizing of the society, spreading of the excellent culture and the ideological education.
