In this thesis, the writer combines the relative theories of music and musical education with those of cultural planning and marketing, explains the marketing and managing practice that objectively exists in social musical education activities with the relative theories of marketing and planning. He takes the managing practice of music department of universities, young palaces and small private-operated social music education industries as objects of study, researches on the marketing process of social music art training, discovers the inner marketing rules of social musical education, pays attention to combination of practice and theory, concludes the basic rules of the marketing of social music art training and tries to direct social music art training market with these rules. The body of this thesis includes the general theory of social music art training, managing practice and marketing planning.
