We have built Analytic Hierarchy Process of Second Language Vocabulary Learning, and quantified the difficulty that students have in understanding and memorizing the lexical information. Based on the data, we have analyzed the characteristics of students'vocabulary learning, and teachers'instruction. According to the study, for all the students, the main difficulty point are the learning of usage and meaning. With the development of the students'learning ability, teachers should encourage students to process the lexical information in a deeper level, so students can learn vocabulary more efficiently. Because students become less and less dependent on teachers, teachers should teach more about learning strategies and help students form a correct understanding to language learning.
