Zhang Ailing and Xiao Hong are the two prominent writers with special achievement in present-day literature history of China and they are thought to be the writers of remark literary talents and strong personalities in present-day literature history of China. As writers they made outstanding contribution and exert significant influence to the literary world. As people they had distinguish features which were different from others or ordinary persons. These features were in the revelation of personality and psychology. For this reason , it is helpful for us to explore the tragic aspect and far-reaching repercussion affected by tragedy aspect and tragic personality on the style of their works from the psychological angle. It is also helpful for us to understand and master the internal cause of formation of their similar literary style. It provides detailed and accurate foundation and reference for us to study and analyze their special works and thought of works.The point of departure of this article is the similar literary keynote of Zhang Ailing and Xiao Hong __bleak and desolate. I used personality study method as my way to search for the special style and the general tactics of treatment of the world in the narration of their works. From this, I go a step further to investigate the relative matters such as literary creation and formation of style which influenced by many factors .Part 3, To put emphasis on discussion of the value of bleak and desolate literature affected by tragic personality.
