The guideline is based on the theory of linguistics and education ,as well as the Syllabus for English Teaching of Three-year College .It is the classroom interaction among students and teacher that plays an important role in the oral English ability development of three-year college students . Teacher talk works as a framework along with the discourse of some students good at oral English to support other students ' oral English ability development ,especially spontaneous oral English production .The process of classroom interaction include communicative learning through text ,the use of teacher talk ,group work etc .We emphasize that the oral English ability development of three-year college students is a comprehensive one ,affected by other factors such as physiological ,cognitive, emotional and social development .In our opinion , Classroom Interaction English Teaching is a new model including new concept of student, teacher and learning ,which aims to develop the ability of intercultural communication . We believe in the increase of students'comprehensive input and output through classroom interaction and the improvement of students'oral English ability by learning to use the language marks like turn-taking .In conclusion , some suggestions have be given on the importance of oral English in the assessment of English learning .The oral English ability development among all the three-year college students depends on their autonomous learning ,the development of our education and society .
