There is a narrow strip of water between Japan and China. The history of the culture intercourse is very long. The archaic culture of Japan is deeply affected by China, especially the culture of Sui and Tang Dynasty. The archaic music culture was built on this base. After Meiji Restoration Japan first open the door to west culture in Asia, and implement modernization quickly. This modern culture impacted the Korea China and other countries and regions in Asia. Due to the location, the behavior of nation, culture and Etc. between tow countries, so the same music subject matter and mode of culture in developing process that would vary differently, even different result. The results are valuable task for academe researching and discussing. My task start with two China and Japan piano music to compare similarities and differences between tow music, and then pursuit the source of the difference. Thereby it is deeper to research and discuss the compare of the piano culture between the China and Japan. It provided the theory evidence for the intercourse and promoted the China music development actively. The history of intercourse between China and Japan, the compare of the music of similarities and differences between China and Japan, studying this costful bequest, and absorbing the profitable historical experience that will positive for the intercourse between China and Japan. My thesis is based on the before research to discuss the reason for the difference by comparing the similarities and differences between the inditement and performance of tow music. This thesis finds out the character of similarities and differences from compare of the Structure feature and Indite Style of tow music. We can find the difference of the cultures from the difference of the piano music culture between Japan and China by more deeply comparing the idea to analyzing the origin and the reason of the difference. Finally this thesis shows the difference of the performance through the difference of the inditement. My thesis will explain the analyses through the developing from one case to compare review. My thesis uses dialectic to analyze the problem and follow science theory to explore the similarities and differences of history.
