Process of music is a course of a motion of sound. Composition is organizes sound, make it active. This paper discussed a new age music which appeared in 20 century and summarized several new issues brought by electronic music: enrichment of material; innovation of composition artifice; introduction of spatial concept and change of music behavior. Amount of these issues, innovation of composition artifice is concerned by this article, and it also includes dynamic modulation of sound. The art of sound, which begins at the end of 19 century, extended the music material to all sound include tone and noise, while electronic music detail the sound object to its specific attributes, confronting sound attributes, it also makes new music language essential.In a sound unit, making sound attributes dynamic by employing electronic method is a special music language of electronic music, which, in chapter 2, the author takes sound attributes as a clew, tracks every example of dynamic modulation of sound attributes to analyze this kind of music language. It also summarized several basic forms of sound dynamics: liner dynamic; random dynamic; period dynamic, and the application concepts of compound modulation and multiplex dynamic.Three basic forms have their implementation techniques respectively, Chapter 3 emphases the methods of implementation of dynamic modulation and the application characteristics of these techniques. Which include envelop generator, low-freq oscillator, envelop control, manual control, etc.In epilogue, this article brought some ideas in creation electronic music from other scholar, and tried digging the source of founding of these ideas– the appearance of sound attributes is a direct consequence of these ideas. At last, it brought forward three concepts sound: Subjective sound, objective sound, induced sound. And it considered that dynamic modulation makes sound speak and makes sound sound out.
