The Preliminary Study Of The Periodization Of The Song Bronze Mirror

Because of the limiting of materials about the whole country , the studying of Song bronze mirrors has not been forming some systemal realizations . The paper chooses more than one hundred and twenty Song mirrors from the whole country's excavating , and then I begin to classify about the classes , types and styles of the Song bronze mirrors . At the same time , I also sum up these mirrors'internal factors . Regarding the periodization of the Song mirrors ,I put forward a five–phrase division . Each division reveal the classes of mirrors and the lasting relations of some kinds of bronze mirrors . And then coming up to the purpose of the theises .The paper compose with five cheapters .Cheapter one : preface ,illustrate the present institutional situation of the Song mirrors .and the necessary of study . And then introducting the situation of the archaeological materials .Cheapter two : from the shape ,I will divide the Song mirrors into circular mirrors,multifoil and multilobed mirrors and so forth twelve shapes .The next step show the proportional relationship of all kinds of mirrors from the form of statistics . and compare with the Tang mirrors at the side of mirrors'shape .Cheapter three : from the difference of the mirrors'back , I divide the Song mirrors into seventeen classification , and furthermore explain the basic features of duodecimal cycle . Cheapter four : Regarding the periodization of the Song mirrors ,I put forward the one hundred and twenty mirrors into a five-phrase divisions , and each division has a phrasal illustration about the shape and veins , which make us have a distinct recognization about the each divisions'feature .At last , basing on the summing about the above , and refer to the reality about the Song society . I compare the archaeological materials with the history in order to illustrate the possibility of the divisioning.During the divising of the Song mirrors , I have taken the measure to explain the shape and mirror's back veins separately .In this way ,we not only have a clear recognization about the Song mirrors'shape and veins ,but also ,we can sum up the relationship about the mirror's evolving and developing which can lay a good foundation about the thsise's division.
