The idea of "anatman" is the primitive Buddhist theory according to the theory of liberation, which is the important cornerstone of the Buddhist religion propaganda. Based on the《Abhidharmako?a-bhāsya》,this paper explains the idea of the "anatman" which is contained in the book systematically. The idea of the "anatman" has profound times and theoretical background, which is against the idea of Sanskrit brahman spreaded in the primitive Buddhist times, and echoed with Buddhist liberated theory. The "self" denied by Buddhism has two meanings: one is "Existent self", the other is "External objects". "Existent self" is regarded as human which can feel,as a kind of existence with some substance and main of the soul.Including the inherent element constituted things, "External objects" is regarded to be the all kinds of things. All exist, which is the very theory that is regarded "Existent self" as an existence Buddhism have been always refuting. It explains the idea of the "anatman" from the theory of the "anatman" for "Five skandhas" and "wuwei qishiwufa" in《Abhidharmako?a-bhāsya》. From the traditional way to explain the idea of the "anatman", we kown there is no pudgala or "Existent self" because of the "Causal production" of "Five skandhas". Oppositely, there is a new ontology system called "wuwei qishiwufa", which is used to be another theoretical basis for interpreting in《Abhidharmako?a-bhāsya》.Based on the Buddhist "Causal production", the theory of "Five skandhas" thinks that human is the conditioned existence by "Five skandhas". People who do not exist are the aggregation of the "Five skandhas". Ourselves and everything which are taken into account by ordinary people do not exist when skandhas disperse. Because the "Existent self" do not exist, so it is not necessary to persist, if we did ,there would be no vexation. Buddhism uses pudgala which is not the same as "Existent self" or is different from it instead of the false "Existent self". Everything is divided into 75 kinds of substaintial principle in "wuwei qishiwufa" theory, which thinks that every principle can't show itself for any matters or phenomena and can constitute everything with other principle. The 75 kinds of Dharmas are existent, independent and substaintial. "Because of their substance, Dharmas exist". Therefore, at the top of many substantialities there is no other higher substaintial existence. "Existent self" is a aggregation made of many principles by some means because the Dharmas is a single substantiality, inside which there is no substaintial or inherence. As we see, the idea of the "anatman" is the same meaning as the existence of Dharmas as principles. So from the idea of the "anatman" showed in《Abhidharmako?a-bhāsya》, we can summarize its characteristics, that is: the phenomenon is closely linked with the noumenon; the reasoning is based on the awareness campaign of human; and the whole system give services for its religious nature. On that basis, late Buddhism denies not only "Existent self", but also Dharmas, and thinks mind produces everything .
