| In the 1920's-1930's of 20th century, Shanghai has been another Chinese opera cultural center, which has made a peak in the course of Chinese Peking opera development with Beijing. Peking opera, as an extremely representative kind of Chinese drama, started many brand-new attempts when it arrived to Shanghai, and has made many transformations and innovation in the traditional foundation, and forms the unique Shanghais school style. There are also some change happened in Shanghai Green Gang and it become to a special social strength in the 1920's-1930's of 20th century. They are no only had various relation with the Peking opera, but also had the influence to its development. This article try to present the two mutual function and the influence objectively of Green Gang and Peking opera in 1920's-1930's in the course of showing their relationships.
