Analyzing A New Social Practical Form-Virtual Practice

Virtual practice,which is regarded as a new type of human social practice mode in informatization time, has been really stepping into human lives and imposing profound lasting impact on the life state. What are the connotation, essence and characters of virtual practice mode? What effects does it bring to the human life? Faced with the science and technology development, history materialism must answer the new questions. The research on these questions not only meets the need of holding and developing Marxist philosophy, but also is the necessary demand that accepts the informatization challenge to the contemporary human.Virtual practice includes all objective material activities, in which the subject, by using digital medium, reforms and explores the fictional object with purpose, consciousness as well as initiative. It is a development, extension and betterment of people's fictional activities and practices of ex—digital ages. Virtual practice achieved a historic and significant reform in the forms of human activities. For the first time, it breads through the practical object confining to the outside material word, but by means of handling and recreating information signals, transforms the language symbol system based on artificial intelligence and organic feeling into virtual one. Digitalization of practical means is a cornerstone and mark for the virtual practice to break the limits of old practice and rise as a new type. As a new practical form , like other practice, the virtual practice consists of three elements—subject,object and medium. The subject is made up of computer and its operator. In essence, the object handled by the virtual practice is information, and the combination of digitalized based on the demand of practice, that is to say, it is the object derived and invented by simulated technology, which is the medium of virtual practice(namely the digital technology). Through digitalized medium, virtual practice can indicate various possibilities of practice, which entitles people to choose the best plan of practice and thus enhance people's capabilities of practice; it can form pre—cognition and thereby guide practice in reality and quicken the pace of practice; it's helpful to make imagination come true. Virtual practice can lessen the cost of cognition, practice and communication of reality practice, improve its efficiency, shake off various confined factors, thereby change virtual result into practical one.Using the unified methods of history and logic, the thesis implements research on the virtual practice, analyzes the virtual practice from different aspects systematically and completely, then holds comparative integral ideas about it. First, the connotation and essence of virtual practice is revealed. Then, in comparison with reality practice, the thesis finds what virtual practice belongs to, excavates its characters, simultaneously discoveries its history position from the development of virtual ideas and reform of reality practice. On the basis of the above, the thesis analyzes virtual practice from different angles and the whole position, especially its produced place, frame, type and value, portray the outline of virtual practice comparative integrally. At last, the thesis analyzes the value,negative effects of virtual practice and mentions eliminating countermeasure of its negative effects.This paper attempts to study the complicated various virtual practice guided by the theory of Marxism. It talks about the subject not only from theoretical perspective to practical consideration , but also from present condition observation to future situation ,with the thinking of looking for the methods to solve it and help it develop and make it play its important role in the Chinese—characteristic socialist construction practice.
