Teacher's questioning during the class can develop students'competence to express in succession, help them to speak more, not just say words or sentences incoherently anymore. We come to that conclusion from analyzing lots of available research about teacher's questioning in classroom. So we advocate teachers of TCSL for intermediate students to use classroom questioning effectively, in order to achieve main goal for middle Chinese teaching, which is to develop students'talking ability in segment. We've suggested nine methods to help teachers take advantage of classroom questioning and complete assignment. In addition, we've proposed a plan with a series of questioning methods to practise TCSL in segment for intermediate students. All the proposals we made have been proved through questionnaires and analysis from the records of real teaching. The nine methods include follows: using questions to start a new text; taking the questions about vocabulary and grammar as elements of talking in segment; utilizing questions about the way of connection and expression in the text as a help in practising teaching in segment; asking questions to help students understand the subaudition instead of telling them directly; using questions to do iterance and topic and transition; taking advantage of question exercise after text; choosing the right type of a question in order to direct students to talk more; giving equal chance to each students at different level; waiting an answer for at lest 6 seconds and until the students quit striving for it.
