The purpose of the aticle reasearching the relationship between the scientificdevelopmental view and the all-round development of human is providing theinstruction of world outlooks and methodologies for people's practising thescientific developmental view and promoting the all-round development of humanby revelating the intension and value of the scientific developmental view,theintension and value of the all-round development of human,the relationship betweenthe scientific developmental view and the all-round development of human in theoryand practice,and the problem on how to persist in the scientific developmentalview and promote the all-round development of human.So,it can make people's thiskind of practice do in a correct dirrection.In the study, the aticle thinks the scientific developmental view is a kind ofdevelopmental view which takes insisting on humanity-oriented pedagogy as its coreor nature and takes the all-round development of human as its value orientation.Thedevelopmental view and the all-round development of human are relative in theoryand practice.In addition, because the developmental view not only deepens thecognition of the regulars about the socialist modernized construction in theory, butalso has much important value to people's practices itself, for example,it canestablish the principle about the harmony methods for people's practices,the valuecoordinate about the integrality for people's practices,and the practical fields aboutthe comprehensiveness for people,the scientific developmental view has animportant theoretical directive function to the practice about promoting the all-rounddevelopment of human.so,we must also adhere to the outlook of scientificdevelopment and promote the all-round development of human by its demand.For this, the aticle mainly researches the intension and characteristic of thehumanity-oriented pedagogy, the intension and fearture of the scientificdevelopmental view, the intension and essence of the all-round development ofhuman, the relationship between the scientific developmental view and the all-rounddevelopment of human,and the problem on how to adhere to the scientific developmental view and promote the all-round development of human.At last,when the article studies the above mentioned problems,itcomprehensively and deeply interprets these problems by taking the method of themutual combination between the inductive analysis and the deductive analysis,themethod of the comparative analysis,the method of the mutual combination betweenthe historical analysis and the logical analysis,and the method of the combinativeanalysis in theory and practice. Finally, by these,the article draws a conclusion thatonly people insist on the outlook of scientific development can people promote theirall-round development, and also only people promote their all-round decelopmentcan people practise the outlook of scientific development.
