The purpose of this study was to design a method to measure job satisfaction and evaluate it with fuzzy multifactorial evaluation. The findings indicate those below:1.The self-made multifactorial job satisfaction questionnaire and integrated job satisfaction questionnaire is of good reliability and fair validity.2.The multifactorial job satisfaction questionnaire consists of 9 factors, such as managers, enterprise culture, personal development, work, communication, compensation, management and performance evaluation.3.The results of correlation show: 9 factors of multifactorial job satisfaction are significantly positive correlated with integrated job satisfaction.4.The regression analysis comes into a model which has 1 dependent variable (integrated job satisfaction) and 6 independent variables (6 factor of multifactorial job satisfaction). The regression equation expresses as integrated job satisfaction = 0.616 + 0.284×personal development + 0.201×enterprise culture + 0.129×compensation+0.113×work+0.108×management+0.074×compensation.5.The fuzzy multifactorial evaluation comes into one model expressing as C=0.038/disappointed + 0.123/a bit disappointed + 0.419/common + 0.341/quite satisfactory+0.078/ satisfactory. According to the maximum degree of membership, the job satisfaction level should be common.
