| Actor is a respected social role, which carries the glorious dream of countless young boys and girls. There are so many temptations in the film and TV industry filled with demand. The theory of traditional performance, which aimed at games' production, was rooted into industrialization and Technology. Performance faction by outside image performance, away from people's emotion; but experience faction create roles by internal psychological experience. The two theories serve for the standardization, industrialization and profit maximization of performance. As the theory, performers became games' makers; and the theory of traditional performance is used for making stars.This paper will show that the performance is the process of showing their skills learned from programming practice. Performance reflects comprehensively that the contradictions between people with nature, with society, with people by virtual story. Also, it's the art that displays the image and psychology of role in the story, according to the script requirements. The performers should face contradictory between the role for herself and other reappearance of a character actor, between survival and performing, which can't be overcome within the framework of the traditional theory.This paper shows performance is essentially games, and performers are gamers. He should stay away from the mundane world of noise, from both good and bad headaches lifted role camouflage, full release of a cultural nature, the expression of the pursuit of freedom and equality, so that they become the gamer. This role will be able to show oneself and create the role of the arts.Broadly speaking, every person can fully show himself and be able to realize freedom and happiness only in the game. In fact, everyone is performer, and life is the game. The theory of performance should walked down from the mysterious stage, and provide intellectual support for every person, which can help them live independently and develop freely as a social role.
