| With the development of audio and video technology and popularization of the Internet, a large number of English Listening resources are provided, accordingly, confronting with so many resources, self-access English listening learners get into knots of choosing efficient self-access English listening strategies. On the other hand, theoretical studies on related subjects are limited. The thesis elaborates two surveys made on a group of target learners, and the learners are divided into two groups evaluated as the superior and the inferior respectively according to the relative place of each learner in the big group, finally, match the survey consequences with the two groups correspondingly and study their common and different strategies through which the efficient resource-based English listening strategies are brought forward.
