Diasporic writers usually have double national and cultural identities that determine to understand the changing of their spiritual world and cultural identity in the foreign cultural context is of great significance for us to master the latest tendency and law of the Literature and art pattern.Diaspora is an important symbol to express the current cultural feature and is the cultural concept of globalization and post-colonial era and it is also looked on as traveling across the cultural boundary. It is new tendency in cultural production and formation. The critics of the post-colony regard that to identify its difference, the culture of a nation must be involved in cross-national and cross-cultural activity, so do the Diasporic writers. Diasporic phenomenon is closely connected with recent large-scale immigrant movement and the term of"Diaspora"consists of cultural hegemony in the western colonialism. Diasporic phenomenon reveals communication between different cultures—the strong culture and weak culture and different cultural rules in the communication. As a critic theory, standing in the margin of main culture, the post-colonialism analyzes the western main culture, and they adopted a kind of critical attitudes and language to show a certain kind of power and willingness. They try to change cultural relation and power situation between different nations through the cultural criticism and literature criticism.
