Research On Liyang Dialect Speech

Liyang dialect belonging to Wu dialect ,has the general speech features,also has special features itself .This thesis mainly referring to "Research on Modern Wu dialect "writtern by Yuanren Chaos and "Research on contemporary Wu dialect " writtern by Nairong Qian ,according to the actual investigation of Liyang dialect,mainly describes and concludes Liyang dialect's features vowels,consonants and pitches,as well as probes into Liyang dialect's vowels evolvement,consonants evolvement and pitches evolvement by nearly 80 years.By nearly 80 years Liyang dialect has an e evolvement at some degree,including the problem about vowels' fricativenation,"Zhuo'Vowels' devoicing , consonants' changements or combination, "Ru" consonants' combination and predigestion,as well as the incresement on pitches.Besides,differences in Liyang dialect are four aspects:Yu She,Xie She,Yang Yun,Pitch .Liyang dialect is districted as "Eastern distriction,West distriction "on "Xie She "crierion ,and we have the discussion on Liyang dialect Island ,and compare Liyang dialect with the dialect around on dialect space,fmally we can conclude Liyang dialect's evolvement track: One of the trend is that Liyang dialect is close to Changzhou dialect;the other is the trend that it follows Wu dialect's speech rules itself ,at the same time is close to the mandarin.
