Along with the development of society, psychological ownership as a new concept, makes people scan again the relationship of psychological ownership and job attitude, job behavior. But up to now, whether it is at home and abroad, there are few practical researches about psychological ownership, and unable to discuss the internal structure of psychological ownership. Through some methods such as document analysis, interview and questionnaire investigation, Psychological ownership for job has been studied. Taking exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, analysis of variance and regression, this research has investigated more than 600 members in private enterprise, and has discussed the structure of psychological ownership for job. We also have discussed the relationship among psychological ownership for job, work control and job satisfaction, and the influence of demography is testd on psychological ownership for job. The main research conclusions are as follows:First, Employee psychological ownership for job in private enterprise is made up of four factors: participating in management, job competence, superior solicitude, value embodiment.Second, Work control has a significant positive relation with the four dimensions of psychological ownership for job; Work control has a significant positive relation with job satisfaction; Psychological ownership for job and job competence, superior solicitude, value embodiment have a significant positive relation with job satisfaction; Participating in management has no significant relation with job satisfaction.Third, Psychological ownership for job and job competence, superior solicitude, value embodiment have partial mediate effect on work control and job satisfaction, Participating in management has no mediate effect on work control and job satisfaction.Fourth, There are significant differences on the four factors of psychological ownership for job among gender, age, marriage, education, working types, working years.According to the view of human resource management and science of organization behavior, the present study indicates that the discussion of the psychological ownership for job provides a theory gist and direction of psychology so as to manage the enterprise effectively.
