A Historical Review: Chen Yun's Theories Of Planned And Market Economy

Chen Yun is one of the predecessors and founders of Chinese economic construction, He made continuous efforts to explore and innovate the theories and practice of planned and market economy in different historical phases of China. This paper consider that Chen Yun's thought about planned and market economy emerged during the period of construction on revoloution district, formed during the period of the recovery of the economy and the socialist transformation, developed during the period of the ten-year socialist construction and was improved during the period of reform and opening-up and the new age for socialist construction. By discuss on these phases,we also induce and summarize the background,basic content and characteristics according to Chen Yun's thoughts. So we consider his thoughts of planned and market economy was the two of foundation stones Chen Yun's thoughts about economy and penetrated from beginning to end. He using the means of planned and market .adjusts the economy of China and made adequate judges which were good for the development of economy in China. His thoughts about planned and market economy were the continuation and development of Chairman Mao's thoughts about economy, while Deng Xiaoping continued and developed Chen Yun's thoughts about economy, it played very important part in the history of economic ideology in China.
