The place-name is not only production of human society and history but also production of which people recognize different geography environment in social life. In this article, the main ideas analysis of urad's places name which include denotation characteristic, grammar characteristic and cultural connotation.This article consist sof prodrome, text, conclusion and context.In prodrome part, the main subjects are introduction of urad, reason, analysis and build up urad's name-place storages.Chapter one, this chapter introduce about concept of name-place in systematical chart form and in theoretical definition.Chapter two, this chapter introduce urad's place-name in two aspects. First; the basic characteristic of urad is analyzed in aspect of nature and geography.
