Major problems are found that the arrangement of practical courses couldn't fulfill the needs of students, courses are disconnected and isolated from each other, class hours and credits are unreasonable and multimedia instruments are seldom used. Major findings have been sorted out. Firstly, constructivism can be utilized in Business English course design. Secondly, the proportion of practical courses may be improved. Thirdly, the skill courses might be integrated. Finally, more multimedia should be utilized in the Business English course design. The limitations lie in the unexhaustion of research coverage, the unavoidable subjectivity of interviewees and the limited guidance of constructivism. Therefore, suggestions are made that more research should be carried out in Business English course design and its scope should be extended to the whole country.
